The production of packaging by thermoforming of plastics involves thermal and pressure forming of films. Rigid films preheated to a specific temperature close to the softening temperature (characteristic for a given material), are used to form the packaging in specific shapes.
Modern and at the same time economical technology determines the popularity of thermoformed food packaging. Its advantage is the possibility of overnight production of large quantities: 70, 100 or even 500 thousand pieces. Thermoforming and pressure forming of food packaging from film makes it possible to create containers that are light, durable, resistant, and also recyclable.
Acting in accordance with the requirements set out in Art. 32c point 2 of the Atomic Law Act from November 29, 2000 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1173), we would like to inform you that in the last 12 months there has been no impact of the conducted activity on human health and the environment, and that there have been no releases of radioactive substances to the environment in connection with the conducted activity.
Injection moulding of food packaging is a cyclical process of processing plastics in granulate form. The technology involves injecting the plasticised material into a mould in which it solidifies into a so-called moulded piece (moulder).
Production of packaging using the injection moulding method provides a product with the highest quality both in terms of aesthetics and excellent mechanical properties. The technology offered by us emphasises the character of packaging for premium brands. At the same time it is ecological – the packaging is recyclable.
Thanks to IML technology, it is possible to combine the label with the packaging during the packaging production process, using the same material. IML makes it possible to reconcile the highest aesthetic demands with the durability of the packaging, which is resistant to low temperatures, dirt, and moisture. An additional argument in favour of IML is ecology – packaging produced with this technology is fully recyclable.
During the production proces, an IML label is provided to the mould, where it is closed and the plastic is injected, which bonds the label to the moulded piece. The customer can place any design on the grid. We order the IML labels, but it is also possible for the customer to provide the labels. The advantage of the IML technology is the quick change of the product line (model change), which makes it possible to react flexibly to the changing customer needs.
Labelling allows instant change of the product line without incurring additional costs. In this way, it enables a flexible response to changing customer needs.
As a manufacturer of plastic food packaging, we are able to label some ready-made thermoformed packaging (140, 150 and 200 g containers + lid).
It is also possible to label the lid itself, or the lid and the container (with a small label on the bottom).
